    While at Lewis DL, decided to take a friend to Evolution Brewing, they just moved to Salsbery MD. Had a great time meeting the brewers wife for samples, the owner stopped in to chat, and the brewer also stoppped by for a chat! The new location has a large parking area shared by other buisnesses. The beer is top notch and the people were great!

    From tasting, we hung around for lunch at the restruant. Also enjoyed that and brought home a growler of there lot #6, double IPA, wonderful! Also, bought a case of the Lot#3. The 3 has yeast in every bottle. Maybe it is bottle conditioned, not sure. Evo is only about 3 years old and has just moved to the larger facitliy and is top notch in brewing and the vicitility. You’ll likly here more about them!

      Thanks for the info Mark – It does remind me that we need to get to Evolution. We tried to stop by on the way home from Dogfish last year but ran out of time. We will definately add this back to our “visit sooner rather than later” list. Also, it was good to see you at Stoudt’s – I am sure we will see you there again soon!

    I have been patiently waiting for this part of the site to be filled out for awhile now maybe even a year. I have put off my weekend travel plans numerous times now waiting on you Lyssa to finish this. Any much longer I might have to return my MTJBrewSpot t-shirt that is now gently worn but dam does it look good in my cutoff jeans.
