Ellicott City Brewing is an interesting place in an interesting town. The city is an old historic (mostly) town with tight streets, many unique shops and a pleasant atmosphere. We both started and ended our day here. Stopped in for a few beers, did some shopping, stopped for flavor infused vodka, shopped some more, stopped for some wine, shopped some more and then came back for beers and dinner. Beers were middle of the road and the growlers were pre-filled and in a glass front fridge aside of the bar. Bartender was nice enough and the service overall was good. We liked a few of the beers, but overall the good time we had in the town throughout the day made it even better. If you are not too far form the city and have never been there, its definite worth a day trip for some beer and shopping.
