Just a short trip form home, in a hard to find warehouse, you will discover St. Boniface.  A very small brewery with beers of character.  There was a small tasting counter with 4 beers on tap when we were there.  Surprisingly it was fairly crowded and I think we saw half a dozen growlers go out the door. 

Beers were well done, exceeding what i would expect form a simple operation, even their IPA seemed nice to me…not as nice to Lyssa.  We ended up with their stout in our growler which we both thought to be very good.

It’s small, not much to see, but worth a stop for the beer.  Based on what we tasted we can only assume they will grow as time passes.  Hopefully a refurb of the warehouse building, food, some TVs and a few more offerings.  Great job from a very new, small batch spot!
